Why don’t you ship to some Asian regions?
Due to manufacturer distribution agreements, certain Bandai/P-Bandai items cannot be shipped to regions where they’re available through local distributors. This protects the collector market ecosystem.
How are duties/taxes handled?
For most destinations (excluding remote areas), we calculate and include estimated duties/taxes at checkout so there are no surprise fees upon delivery. High-value shipments (>$800) may incur additional local charges.

What’s your return policy for damaged items?
We offer a 15-day return window from delivery date for:
